College of Winterhold, The Midden Dark
Ice wraiths, skeletons, a draugr, skeevers, it depends on your level I believe
Daedra are banished to Oblivion
There's more than one way to reach the Midden, but if you're doing the Mages' College questline, you'll go down here eventually. Pick your route.
Where the Daedra Hand is, look under the table where the Investigator's Key and the Midden Incident journal are.
By the way, there WAS an artifact in Skuldafn. I probably didn't look hard enough. Unfortunately, I'm not very far in the main questline, so someone else look into it.
Stormforge
Alftand Animonculory, in the same room where Endrast's body is found, on top of a pipe
Falmer, Dwemer constructs, maybe chaurus, skeevers, and spiders, leftovers of an expedition team
Target takes 15 pts of shock damage, and half as much Magicka
When you first enter the Animonculory, there's a bunch of pipes and a Dwarven Sphere patrolling along an oily floor. Kill it if you want (and maybe the Dwarven spider that comes out nearby) and look at the top of the pipe opposite from where the Dwarven spider came out from. To make sure you're looking at the right pipe, there's a large brass pot next to it.
