When is Bethesda going to fix all the bugs in Hearthfire?

probably not but if you download the Unoffical heartfire patch in the workshop it helps quite a bit. Also the other unoffical patches for the main game, dawnguard and dragon born are there too.

Yeah, I've already done all that but a bug where I cannot buy the lakeside house still remains

Sorry can't help you there I've played this game for almost 400 hrs and have yet to visit three of the major cities that one included :P.

I think I know what you're talking about. What exactly is the issue? Do you talk to the jarl and not see the right dialogue option?

What bugs? I have Hearthfire and haven't run into any yet and I bought Lakeside. Normally you can't buy property from the Jarls until you complete a bunch of tasks for them. Have you completed "Assist the people of Falkreath"?

Also the Jarl is not where you buy property from, you buy it from their stewards, Nenya in the case of Falkreath.

The Unofficial patch in Workshop is out of date. The author says s/he can't upload updated one due to the file size limit.

That's only true for the "Unofficial Skyrim Patch".
The Unofficial Hearhfires/Dawnguard/Dragonborn/HighResDLC are still ok and up-to-date on the Workshop.

Okay, sorry about not responding sooner as I was asleep at the time you responded. Anyway. I had this very glitch for both the Xbox version and the PC version. Apparently, there are certain miscellaneous fetch quests that can prevent the dialogue from appearing. Can you give a list of all the miscellaneous quests in your menu?

Yes, I've completed all of the Jarl's quests and yes I know that the steward is the one who sells property.
