But as far as console commands though, that's out of my league. I'm sure there must be a command you can use and someone will provide it.
You have to be careful if you're on a mission at the time, commands can and do interfere with the scripting of the questline and you'll make yourself a nice glitch that will bite you in the ass when you're trying to complete the quest and it doesn't work. Then you have absolutely no idea why....
All I'm saying is just be careful with console commands depending on what you're doing at the time. They can ''fix'' a certain situation but they NEVER ''fix'' the scripting of the game, they can bypass and conflict with it.
Wherever there is a normal solution rather than console commands, use it.
Console commands weren't designed as ''fixes''. Most ''fixes'' are by accident, serendipity. Perhaps a few were added during testing to overcome certain 'stuck' issues. They were designed for fast testing and convenience during design, development and testing of the game.
eg: Dev: 'I need to be up there on that part of the mountain to test those steps I just laid and seeing as I can <coc riverwood> I can then <TCL> up to the mountain top'...
or: 'I need to now test the set-up of the forge and it's smithing command: give me a load of stuff I need', etc..<player.additem [code/value]>
NOTE: If you are modding your game; making an NPC, dungeon or exterior cell mapping, you will notice the invaluable benefits of Console Commands to test your mod. You will also notice how they may and do conflict with the other papyrus scripting you might be working with too, if you are doing such programming.
Their beneficial purposes during gameplay are rather inconsequential, as I'm quite sure the devs tried to make it so that the game was as less problematic as humanly possible. Such programming by completely inexperienced customers was not intented, especially heavy use of them...you're asking for trouble unless you know what you're doing...
The only reason why I say all this waffle is because you are asking for a command for 'this' and a command for 'that' etc, which tells me that your chances are high of barfing your game up. I'm only just trying to raise a little awareness, I'm not trying to rattle anyone's cage...
NECRO man..
You need to use a follower mod like AFT / EFF / UFF to customize follower behavior.
Look on NEXUS for Amazing Follower Tweak or Follower Framework.
DO NOT use two follower programs at once.. one or the other.
Did you not read this thread? It is explained above.
