Unable to get Write Permissions NMM

I've been on to other forums, and apparantley setting the premissions to Admin and running it in full permissions will work, but I still get the very same error after doing it.
Anything I can do to fix this?

Check if all NMM related folders are set to "read only". If they are, you need to revert this setting. This might help.

They were read-only, changed so it wasn't to all folders and sub-folders, still got the same error :c

there are also folder at c: or D: driver. standard is games/Nexus Mod Manager/[game]/mods
-> this is the folder, where your mods are stored once donloaded. check these folders if you havent

im have the same issue and the error say unable to get write permissions for: c:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Syrim\Install Info. I cant Find any folder like that and when i look at the Nexus folder there are only 6 files in there and there are all text docments. Any suggestions ?

smake sure these files are not set to read only

The easiest way to do this is probably to right click the NMM file or shortcut and click " run as administrator". That will make you be able to write more or less where you like. As long as that is a possibility that is. As in, you actually are the administrator or are able to make these changes.

If you or not, open the tab on the error message and read the hints they give you. There are probably something in there that will solve your problem.

O know this is an old topic, but it is still relevant since the problem is still there and I have seen a lot of people having this problem with the newly released Fallout 4.
