Diplomatic Immunity Quest bug
There was a bug that prevented e from completing "A Blade in the Dark" so I used a console command to complete it. In doing so, Delphine failed to start the "Diplomatic Immunity" quest for me. Is there a console command to start it or another way around it?

Go back to a previous save before you used the console command. Using Console commands can completely mess up your game so stay away from them. Using previous saves is the best option. Save often even if it is F5.

Typing 'setstage MQ201 30' (without the quotes) in the console should start the quest and give you the objective to go talk to delphine in riverwood. As with any use of the console when related to quests make a backup save first as it is easy to mess up your game using the console commands related to quests.
