3) Start *SPRINTING* through.
4) Hit Whirlwind Sprint just before you reach the third stone.
5) Immediately run forward until you reach the stairs.
Another way is to just use the TLC or TCL console command you could just walk through them. I cannot remember which one it is because I do not use it but it will solve your problem.
If you are that stuck by the game you might want to just cheat your way through this one and get on with the game playing fair.
you need to have good reflexes and coordination
1. use light clothes
2. prepare whirlwind
3. step on activation tiles from furthest to closest
4. whirlwind sprint sprint immediately (maybe you'll need to move step or two foward)
but look at me telling you all the answers (you could have done it by yourself with a little practice), skyrim is a game full of puzzles
