Jarl of Morthal missing

when ever I go into the Jarl's hall, she is not there. I even sat on her throne. cannot do any quests for the Jarl in Morthal, a total loss.

I think I had this issue once and found out she was, for whatever reason, following her Court Wizard around. You could trying finding him and seeing if this is the case.

She doesn't have a court Wizard! Fallion walks around the swamps at night he is not a court wizard. Hmm weird one as she only leaves that hall to go tothe Thalmor party.

Check the uesp for her id then use 'prid (id)' and 'moveto player' in the console.

If you tell the Jarl that Falion practices conjuration or summoning or whatever, she will leave the hall and follow him around, so where Falion is, she is too. Try to find him.
