Skyrim potion cheat?

I watched a potion video on youtube where you can get insane damage on your weapons and reduce spell cost by 100%. Does that work in Skyrim the legendary edition?

I have quite a few "vanilla Skyrim" mods that were created before there were DLCs that still work in my DLCed game, and work the same as before I had any DLCs. Other mods I had messed up the game when I started adding DLCs.

It all depends on what is being modified. Reading descriptions and understanding what is being changed in the game is a requirement when dealing with older mods.

Its not a mod, it is a cheat where u have to rinse and repeat with potion of restoration and stuff, so it is a glitch that might have been patched.

If your game, I have mods than boost the killing powers of Ninroot and Red Ninroot...when used togeather these two modded roots make a very one shot poison to even kill dragons, but if you eat the roots you will surely DIE, so just used dor alchemy table, he he.
