Rimerock Burrow

I am currently doing the quest "A Daedra's Best Friend" and I am supposed to go to Rimerock Burrow. But as I travel in that direction from Northwatch keep I am standing in front of a mountain that I can't climb up and the burrow is apparently on top of it. I have walked all around the mountain and found no way up. How the hell am I supposed to get up there????
