Hulking Draugr spawning bug

My freinds play skyrim on the x box, i play it on the pc. They talk about fighting these hulking Draugrs and i sit there never having seen one before. I am level 73 and I have the dragonborn DLC with the unoficial pacthes and i still can't find them.

I have been searching there is there a certian ruin they spawn in

From the Unofficial Elder Scroll Pages about Hulking Draugr[www.uesp.net]:

"Hulking Draugr are a common variant of draugr that can be found in any Nordic ruins after the required level is reached."

They are added to the game by Dragonborn and the level is listed on the page I linked to.

I have not ran into any Hulking Draugrs, but I crap my pants everytime I face Draugr Generals. Those bastards carry 3 Daedric Hammers with either health or stamina enchants or both. One shot one kills. The battles are great but I hate coming across them. Has anyone else?

Hmmm at my current playthrough i haven't yet seen one i'm already lvl 71
Which is weird in my earlier playthroughs they did spawn in Skyrim nordic ruins
