Boethiah's Embrace (ebony mail enchantment) won't go away

I've started playing skyrim after a very long break and for some reason my character always receives the ebony mail buff whenever I sneak. In my magic menu it shows that I have "Ebony Mail Muffle" with the source being "Boethiah's Embrace".

I've tried disabling all addons and removing everything from my inventory, but the effect still happens when I sneak. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Apparently I had two addons which may have caused this problem: Amulet of the Void, and Dark Brotherhood Void Armor. Both of these mods are disabled.

I spent all morning looking for a solution to this and not 5 minutes after posting this thread I found a solution.

For those interested, I did the following (thanks to fuzz16 on the nexusmods.com forums):
1. use the "player.resurrect 1" command to remove ALL effects.
2. save and close skyrim, restart and reload your save to reapply racial bonus
3. use "player.addspell <ID>" to manually reapply all your justified effects

YEA BUT THEN THEERS A EFFECT THAT ALLOWS YOUR PLAYER TO RUN... NOT THERE ANYMORE
