Messed up first-person camera...Understatement... *SOLVED*
I have...no idea how this happened. All I remember is that I jumped into skyrim and all of a sudden, the first person camera just...How can I put this...It just flips-out pretty much. 3rd person is just fine, no problems at all; however, every time I hit F, the camera immediately looks skyward and beyond...far enough that it makes a full vertical 180 and it end up jumping into the backside of my character like his very soul is on meth. It just might be because of the crap-ton of mods I have installed, but this has NEVER happened before. The first-person camera is so sensitive that just moving it slightly will set it off. Hell even just MOVING will set it off! I so much as walk a few steps and it makes that full 180 again...Interestingly enough, when I approached an NPC in first-person, the camera was slightly above my character's head. The NPC's still stared up into the sky as if I was a giant, but when I hit F and shifted to third person, their gaze directed right back to my character...which really confuses me some...Any ideas on how to fix this?

No, both camera and mod work perfectly. The issue is the animation that you dont see because you are in first person. When you install joy of perspective you get to choose what animations you want to use and here leave the vanilla animation for sneaking so it maches the camera.
If you set custom animation like 3rd person roll then both the roll and the mod will set the camera off... Which is done almost always. Also replace skeleton files with joy of perspective.
I'm bit late to help in this forum but still for those who may come this works like a charm.
Happy sneaking!

I'm having the same problem - I've disabled both XP32 and Joy of Perspective and that didn't solve it...I've just tried uninstalling both of them and that hasn't worked either. I'm trying to avoid having to do a fresh reinstall but it looks like I'm gonna have to anyway

I had the same issue guys, unfortunatly the only way around it I know of is to uninstall and delete the skyrim folder before re-installing

Found perfect Workaround to fix it all.

Symptoms: You're blocked in first person view
Middle Mouse button does not work anymore
F key does not work either
All your saved games are affected...

Solution
Activate a 3rd person animation
Like mounting horse or killmove
Fixes it all

Enjoy and remember : have fun!!!
