Ashfallow Citidel

At the end and cannot find the trigger to open the final gate. Been back and forth over the chain pulls and cannot discover what I am missing. Help?

isnt that a location in the Dragonborn DLC or is it part of a mod?

That`s a DLC, the one with Dunmer island location.
