Solstheim explorer achievement

[RTMS]

I have been unable to unlock this achievement even though I am well past 30 discoveries. I counted the markers on my map and its at least 40, after having walked the island top to bottom about 3 times already I tried the tmm console command, not a single undiscovered location has shows up so as far as I can tell there are no more locations to discover.

How am I supposed to get that achievement now, I have only a handful left to achieve and this is one of the easier ones, but pretty close to the rest too.

im having this problem too. i only have 10 achievements left to get and this one wont unlock.
