Find the thalmor assassin quest bug?
So I got the quest, I went to the caravan and talked to risaad about it. But I can't find the thalmor assassin anywhere in the area. The arrow points at the caravan but he isn't there! I asked earlier but nobody helped.

Try to reset the quest lvl... or spawn the thalmor spy at you

Didn't work. I spawned him and killed him but the quest didn't update. I tryed setstage but it didn't work either.

load earlier save? you know before the thalmor embassy or something...
