Sorting inventory on xBox but no PC? WHY!!!

So I just recently switched back to PC gaming (not concerned with PS4 or xBone wars now). I again bought Skyrim having purchased it on PS3 and xBox350. The one feature I really mis from xBox is the item sorting with kinect. Why in the world did Bethseda put that feature into the console version but not PC? It's driving me nuts!
I feel like it's got to be here somewhere. LIke I just don't know the hotkey or something. I cannot understand why they wouldn't update the PC version with this feature.

What does it do exactly? Have you tried Steam Workshop and Skyrim Nexus to find mods that do the same?

Pretty sure that is Kinect exclusive so Microsoft can keep trying to encourage people to buy more Kinects by methods that don't involve making good games for the Kinect. Not going to happen elsewhere. I don't even think xbox without Kinect has it.

Check out the mods for this game on PC. That's what makes the PC version great.

I've looked at the workshop not Nexus though. Do you know of one thats similar?

You say "Sort by name" or "Sort by wieght" or "Sort by value" and it orders the inventory as stated. So if your looking in a corpse it'll sort the items as stated. If your looking in your "backpack" it'lls do the same. If your looking in a chest and sort it will do so even before interacting with the items

I believe you can connect the kinect to the computer and download a mod to incorporate all the voice commands the xbox has to the pc version. I could be wrong though, I wasn't a large fan of the kinect except for the sports games with my kids.

SkyUI is one (maybe the only one all DL/uses). No idea about steam but its on nexus. Some good top mods req SkyUI anyway.
No idea about the kinect but i do remember the PC Ver of skyrim has the kinect option but i do not know if it even come out or not and what features it has Ver 360Ver

Yeah, SkyUI has full sorting (sort by weight, value, name, stolen, damage/armor, type, also has sorting for spells (sort by name, cost, damage, level, type)). Also has a search function for inventory, magic, and the map, and the ability to set weapon/armor/spell presets (beyond what the vanilla favorites menu offers).

It does require SKSE, but so do quite a few other mods.

SkyUI is a basic mod for skyrim , nobody should even play it without this mod.

PC version of skyrim can be much better than the console version , IF you spend the time to make it so.
