Sorry, my final word. Remember that screen shots are not like playing the game and the variation in light and shadow that is present when just running about. Most of us will drop at least half a dozen torches or whatever to create nice even light on the character for screenies, which makes the skin look smoother and more even. Just thought I'd mention it.
Sorry, I tell a lie. ENBs make a huge difference as well. The light/shadow is handled so much better.
