Initiates Ewer,bug or what?

I know for many players its too old this level from Dawnguard dlc,but im little stuck here,im in 52 level and play almost 200 hours,does anyone have the same problem in the past with that mission?i start in Forgotten Vale very well but after all is mess up,i found the 2 firsts Wayshrines easily,but in the 3nd or 4th the ghost open the Wayshrine i go inside to fill the Ewer but nothing happen,and the marker show wrong,i kill the 2 Dragons in lake,i go inside to the Glacier Cave,i didnt found the Unknown Books,i kill 2 Frost Giants and took the Paragons and still roaming around without sense!!Is any kind of bug here or glinche?or i must do it all with order and not randomly?Thanks

You should do it in order. Your problem sounds like a bug. Try the unoffficial dawnguard patch from the nexus.

The Unknown Books have their own quest. You can complete the Dawnguard questline without finding those books. If you find one, you'll have to go to the College of Winterhold.
There are more than 2 Paragons. When you have a Paragon you need to find the Paragon Portal. If you need help with that: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Forgotten_Vale#Map
The Wayshrine problem: this bug is unconfirmed. UESP says that "nearly all of the bugs occur because Gelebor, Serana, or Vyrthur have uncompleted scripts running. Be sure to allow any dialogue they are speaking to complete before taking further action".
