(just being OCD I guess, prob doesn't do anything)
Try the console command: tcl [enter]
you will then be able to fly through the glitchy part, and then hit console again to type tcl again to fall safely back to the ground..see if you can get past it using that.
It worked for me, but I try not to use the console too much, as unexpected things can sometimes happen from heavy use of the console throughout the game..depending on what is happening at the time of using them...
Lemme know if it works..
The Crash is right at a loading screen however, so TCL might not work.. thanks for the advice.
I belive low. I have 6 gigs of ram however.
I hope not though...cos that's impressive! :D

nope, wasnt the settings
I don't have any ENBs enabled. ( at least I don't think so)
Not true at all, I am running 113 mods at the moment and I have no issues at all.
The issues come from people not reading the information provided by the mod creators, such as the conflict warnings, bugs list, update list, if the mod is a WIP or finished. People just "load up" with a glance at a photo they think looks cool. That's the problem.
These are comuters, they have no minds of their own, its code. If your game is crashing it's because YOU did something wrong.
Only Sub a mod that you fully understand, that comes from a Mod creator with a proven background, and when you are certain that it has no conflicts with your existing mod list. IF you do that, you can have as many mods as you like. I have 113 all running quite well together.
