Strange overly bright sky and lighting?
On my Redguard paladin warrior I recently traveled to Solsthiem and the sky turned extremely bright and lighting became over bright and saturated after I ventured through some caves. I first noticed the snow being overly bright and almost pure white making it almost impossible to see. Since then I noticed that lighting effects seem too bright and are sometimes distorted. Upon looking at the sky I noticed it was so overly bright I could not make out anything on the far horizon and could barly see anything in the sky, even at midnight. The lighting is completly overhwhelming at night and it's much brighter than it should be even with Night Eye active.

This is not a game brightness issue, turning down the brightness only results in the exact same problem, only the game slightly darker. You can still notice the lighting is still completely oversaturated.

I have already tried uninstalling every single mod I have but that did not fix the issue. I have also noticed this issue before on my friends Skyrim for the Xbox and my original copy on my Xbox. It seems to be something around Solsthiem that causes this issue.

This also only seems to be affecting my Redguard paladin, and not any of my other characters.

Does anybody know what causes this, or how to fix it?

EDIT: Now posted with screenshots of the issue

This first set is of "normal" conditions of night and day on my unaffected charecter. Taken at midnight and noon respectively.

No, I don't have any enb installed and I uninstalled everything, all the mods and textures but the glitch remained. It only affects this charecter too my others do not have this glitch.

your savegame is probably corrupt

Are your video card drivers up-to-date?

I doubt this, as the problem occurs repeatedly and reliably you could say. It tends to happen frequently in Solstheim around the snow areas up north.

Yes, all drivers are up to date. This should not cause a problem in this way however, or it would cause a problem with all of my saves. As stated, it is only affecting a single save. Even a previous save of this character is unaffected though it is showing slight signs of this affect from being in Solstheim. My other characters are completly unaffected.

I'm having the same problem. My Argonian is a vampire, and I fast traveled right after exiting a building, so it seems that the temporary light sensitivity vampires get when going outside during the day has become permanent.
