If I kill all Gray-Manes what wil happen

Recently one of batlle born clans people died in a vampire attack in whiterun. so I thought could I kill gray mane clan because Im imperial. (One of them is immortal if you dont use console command)

if you kill the gray mane that works the skyforge then you cant complete the companion questline but he looses his immortal status once you finish the questline. my advice would be to finish the companion questline and complete the quest fralia grey-mane gives you before you kill them off.
