Are there sex mods, nude mods on steam workshop or do I have to install them at skyrim nexus?

You can use Nexus Mod Manager with Steam Workshop. You'll have to register with Nexus (which you have to do to download adult stuff anyway). It's free.

If people want sex mods, let them have sex mods. I don't see an issue. Honestly though, the services we truly want? I've yet to have any friend of mine tell me that sex mods is what they truly want in a game. If that's the big deal, just get an erotic game.

They couldn't do that because in the U.S., the ESRB uses the rating of M for Mature. The age for M games is 17. Coincidently, it is still illegal to give pornographic material to a 17-year-old (in some states, the age can go up to 21, I believe). So, yeah, they couldn't really do that or they'd kinda be breaking the law.
