Usually takes 3 hours to get all drop cards from one game. However, there is also Booster Pack drop AFTER you have gotten all drop cards, which is random (but again, you need to have all card for that game dropped to be eligible for Booster Pack drop). I have had two Booster Packs (they give the same amount of cards per game as if you would have had them drop normally), and they are given weekly only if you are lucky.
Some depend on time played, Others by what activity you are doing in game to get achievements. I think it's bugged though I have spent a long long time in some games and have nothing. ;)

Not sure what the difference is and how we're supposed to trade for them.
Do our cards still count as "found/ours" when we trade them for others or do we have to wait for a second drop?
