Can't Enter Mzulft

I cannot get past the second entry door to Mzulft. It says I need a key and the lock cannot be picked. Where is this key? Do I have to go kill someone or acquire it from another quest?

turn around and go back to the first locked door look right across the way and you will see another door go through that and keep go down that hallway and i think there is another door go through it and you should be in a big room across the room is another go through it follow that hall then turn left two steps later turn right to face the last door you need to go thruogh WATCH out there is a big sur prize waiting for your key is in the safe behind him- please tell me when you have the key. this is a tough quest and you will need help again.

Doesn't he/she need to get the quest from Mirabelle first? There is a guy who dies in the first room who gives her the key, but he's not there without the quest....at least that's what I remember.
