Best and Worst Skyrim mod reviewers and commentators?

Sometimes when I look at Youtube comments, it seems like some people seem to talk about how some mod reviewers are reviewing the mods in detail. Things like what the mod adds, how does it affect gameplay itself, the commentators personal opinion, and improvements so on. And of course, there are some people who dislike some reviewers because of whatever reasons they have. So I want to know from you guys, who are the best and the worst Skyrim mod commentators and why do you guys think they are who they are?

both theses guys get my vote for being the best, gopher shows great mods and goes into good detail about them, also alot of helpful vidoes for those new to modding, enb's even skyrim, and MMOreview is funny and shows alot of good mods funny mods and defintly alot of skimpy armor mods, both are great to watch defintily recomened.

I woudln't say "worst" but he speaks often in such a monotonous tone it's boring. MMOxReview is probably a cool person IRL but something about the voice yea just not someone I want to listen to.

As for the best I'll also vote for Gopher, where Brodule makes it sound boring Gopher is the polar opposite. Watch his and brodules verion of "♥♥♥♥♥ eyes Caravan".

Not mentioning anyone specific here, but I usually watch Youtube reviews of Mods before I download them as well. Some of them are awesome and others I have clicked on the link and the commentators are engaging and then I look at the length of the video and it's well over an hour long and I just instantly switch off. I love Skyrim and modding, but not watching film length reviews.

Brodual and gohper are 9/10 best

there is a british sounding guy who reminds me of seb and cam in a way i like ,forget the name but he is good,AIchestbreach is good too,he keeps a laugh yet not going overboard




MxR must be worse ,he floods youtube with those dumb skimpy mods , when i type in the command to ADVOID HIM even it still shows him (yes on most search engines you can put in
-(word/words here) and it is advoided

also skyrim is like russain's sibera ,freezing

here a thing i go by

If i can't show it to my kids and not be worried,i do not A do a video of it or B have it in generally,make sense?

It's on youtube so it must be okay for your kids to watch it. If it wasn't, then it wouldn't be on youtube, right?

Not everything on Youtube is OK for kids ,brodual and gopher at least are keeping there channels more so clean

Now Have you found any of those things with safe search on ,on youtube?

would you feel OK showing it to your kid/kids no matter there ages (1-10+ being the idea i go on)

Of course I would be okay with showing them MxRs videos, why wouldn't I? What harm do you think some skimpy outfits would do? It's not like he's got pornographic material on his channel or anything.

But why the hell would your 1-year old kid want to look for skyrim mods on youtube? Literally in the first 15 minutes of the game there's a person getting his head chopped off, people are burnt alive and then there's a book that goes into quite some details about how to torture people - you'd rather have your 1-year old kid see that instead of a pair of beautifully jiggly breasts that shrink or grow in size to immersify your gameplay experience by allowing you to turn off the manabar-hud and still knowing how much mana you've got left? Freaking double-standards!

yes i would rather have a kid see a guy get his head cut off,then that,since that is a old punishment,and he could learn from that at least ,back then You do XX crime you would get that ,would make him wiser and smarter ,which will help him more then hurt

i could show a kid any skyrim vid most likly from brodual or gopher and not feel bad

Also You are in 1st person mainly so yea,and if in 3rd you see your backhalf so that mod is 100% useless since you are looking forward at your foe

Edit: Hate those mod reviewers and how to fix this problem videos who go off on a tangent and really do not know what they are talking about. For heavens sake why don't they write a script before the oh, umm, no not that, garbage. Sometimes the video is more than threequarters through before they get to the point.

I think Gopher has the most in depth mod coverage/"reviews", he's also a modder himself and (was) a professional programmer which I think adds to it. But what I like most about him is that he leans towards "immersive" mods, which is especially apparent in his playthrough videos.


As for Brodual, there's something eery about his(their) voice/accent, that to me sounds... slutty. Neither a good or bad thing, just an observation. HIs videos are also decent and the outros are usually hilarious.
