skyrim follower HELP (dark brotherhood initiate)

I am having a problem with my follower. I think i remember telling her to wait near falkreath while i went to go do something but after i was done i had forgotten about her and fast travled somewhere else. Later i went back to where i had left her and she wasn't there. i went to the dawnstar sanctuary to see if she was there but she wasn't there either. I have waited many days now hoping it would say that she got tired of waiting and left but it never said that. its been many game days and i still cant find her!!! please help!!!!

You should load an older save. Its bad but you should do this.

she will show up at her home, unless you gave her a new home. if followers wait to long they will walk home.

Walking home or teleporting? If they actually walk, can they die?

yeah but she hasnt been anywhere.shes not at any of my homes or the dawnstar sanctuary where she is found and i cant get any other followers. and i also dont have an older save. is there a console command that gets her to me or something..

I had the same problem with a follower and several game days had passed and I looked at her house, my home, everywhere but nothing. i finally went back to where i told her to wait and looked around...behind blds etc and finally found her. if that doesnt work her is a link for console commands a a follower wiki. there is a console command to release a follower...sorry don't know what it is.

Yeah, you can look up her id on the UESP wiki, and then use a moveto command to teleport her to you -- if she's still alive, that is.

Try Ultimate Follower Overhaul Mod. It allows you to take more than one follower, if i remember it right.

THANK YOU ALL!!! it finally worked. at first i was getting 3 D.B.Is then i deleted those and got the origonal one and shes as good as new. everything is working fine now thanxs XD

That it does. It adds a myriad of good things to the game such as better horse riding and making followers essential or discardable cannon fodder.
