If you are at the point of crying into your hands...you can test your current save (the crashing one) with uninstalling mods and seeing if it stops...then, once you may have identified any mod removal fixing your game..Look at those problem mods' descriptions at their source sites (nexus or workshop) Look at their descriptions for any tell tale info that you might be able to find...
Could be a conflict with another mod...that crash, isn't it to do with the games map nav meshing....perhaps research that...just to know what that means. Try googling that map location too..you might get lucky.. Researching stuff is really helpful for getting around future incidents where you're scratching your head at what is happening with your mods.
If you have managed to fix your prob by removing a mod that might have caused this, then I recommend you start again, deleting all saves that are mod heavy, and then back up your new game save file. Then try again. Hopefully with a lot less crashing :/
