Akatosh you can atleast semi prove he is one of the old gods and Talos you can at least respect the man he was even if you don't believe in the Divines.
God of Wisdom and Logic.
Keeper of the Elder Scrolls
Associated with Jhunal, hermetic rune god
Blessing in Skyrim: 25% increase in Magicka
Blessing in Oblivion: Fortify Intelligence
"Come to me, Julianos, for without you, my wit is weak to sort the wheat from the chaff, and my eyes should neither know the true from the false, nor sense from folly, nor justice from prejudice and interest." ~http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Julianos
I like Talos just for what he represents: Honor courage loyalty and all that
Akatosh has a really cool story behind him and his appearances in Dawnguard and Oblivion paint him in a totally awesome light
I used to think Mara was such a freaking wimp and hated her but Skyrim won me over both with the temple quest you get in Riften and with Erondur in the Daedra quest who is an honorable and kind man who seeks to destroy evil and is a priest of Mara.
Stuck between those three
I would be a friggin' priest of Dibella if I could.
Is Hircine the hunter god? He would be a distant second, I 'spose.

That would be a lore-check fail on my part. How embarrassing. I am so gonna get my Geek membership revoked at this rate.
Akatosh yes the others its hard to tell as there is a posibility that the other divines are just aspects of the other old gods that represent their power that had already been absorbed by mundus before they left and then Akatosh used his divine spark to give them will.
The major distance between the deadra and divines is deadra lack the power to create, which is where you get into some tricky things with some deadric artifacts and them claiming to be the creators of vamprism and lycanthropy.
