No option to barter Angeline Morrard
In the store "Angeline's Aromatics" (in solitude) I speak to Angeline but there is no option to barter with her. The only 2 options I have is "Aromatics? So you sell perfumes?" And "Can you train me in alchemy?"

One possibility is that you are outside of her shopkeeping hours.

Ok, I will try it at different times. However, wouldn't her shop be locked than?

Sometimes you can enter a shop and then it closes while you are there, but they like you enough to not consider you a trespasser. Also if she is waiting for you to find out about her daughter her shop might be open at all hours. Usually shopkeepers will trade from 8 to 8.

Just have a talk with her. Ask her to train you in alchemy or about her perfumes.
