Shriekwind Bastion Word Wall - Bug Solution that worked.
Okay - Even with the Recommend - UNOFFICIAL SKYRIM PATCH, this Word Wall did NOT work, no matter what I tried - hard save - re-save - walk out and start over. Nada.

So after a little digging here is the Console Command that I found work:
~ Setstage WICastMagic04 200

This clears the Quest as COMPLETED.

The word? DUN in Elemtal Fury:

To get it:

~ Player.TeachWord 3291f

I hope this helps others that found the Bug as well.

The second command works, but the first one does not. Also, I got the quest to explore Shriekwind from Arngeir and it will not show as completed in my journal.

I think I got it to work. The console command I used to complete the quest from Arngeir was ~ setstage freeformhighhrothgarA 20
