Do enemies ever respawn?

Like say, do enemies in dungeons ever respawn so you'll always have something to fight if you want?

Yes, the "monsters" (bandits, vampires, trolls etc.) Do respawn after a few days.

30 in game days. but you can tweak it to something more manageable with a program like wrye bash.

yes i bielieve it takes a day or two in game time for them to respawn also i just thought i should share this info if youre new to skyrim youve probably founed out that you need ingots to create weapons and ore to create ingonts and for most ore you have to go to mines to mine to get it so once youve mined ore go to another location wait until the same day maybe after of the next in game month go back into the mine you see the color on the ore vein but it wont let you mine it so once that happens go back outside then go back in you should be able to mine it now

If you've visited a location and have Cleared it (which it'll say when you hover over it on the map and which happens when you beat the end boss), the respawn timer is 30 in-game days.

If you visited but *haven't* Cleared the location, it'll reset in 10 days (locations without a name never get Cleared, so are always 10 days).

If you re-enter the location before it has respawned, the timer gets reset back to the appropriate maximum again.
