Non-killable NPC wont stop being hostile

For some reason, Vignar Gray-Mane is hostile. None of the other NPCs in Whiterun are hostile, but he is. Not only this, but he is unkillable, meaning there is no way to go about getting rid of his hostility normally. Is there a console command i can use to make him normal again? I tried the "ResetAI" command, but thats only temp fix, cuz he immediately draws his sword again and continues attacking me. Anybody know how to fix this?

if you go to the hold nearby and attack a guard get yourself arrested and then go to jail and sleep threw your crimes the npc will stop attacking you

in my case it was lagate rikke but no one else was attacking me so I that is what I did.

I Think This Method Is Extremely Buggy, But, If You Are Still Having Problems, Go Into Console, Click On The NPC Type In Console: "Disable" Without The Quotation Marks, Wait a Couple Hours In-Game And Then Go Back To Console And Type: "Enable" Without The Quotation Marks, Then Wait About An Hour In-Game And He Should Re-Appear Non-Aggro'd. Hope This Works For You
