Any way to do a slomo in TESV: Skyrim VIA Console Command?

So I was taking a screenshot, and wondered is there any way to do a slomo, like when you kill someone, via Console?

If you're going for screenshots, then you might just want to stop the action altogether. It gives you all the time in the world to set it up.

Well, I'm talking about when I do videos for Skyrim, but I know what your saying, I've done that before to.
