Too much Nordic Carved Armor

I started to play the new DLC and think this new Nordic Carved Armor looks very coll. But now (lvl 30+) every single Bandit Chief in Skyrim has one of it.
But I thing this armor looks no way like one for Bandits and like the classic Steel Plate Armor much more.
Do you think so too or is it just me?
And is there a mod for fixing it and return to the good old days without disabeling the DLC?

Definately seemed like an oversight. Mainland bandits having access to Carved armor, that is. I'm sure there's a mod or two that fixes it. At least I would hope so.

Agreed. Iron, banded iron, steel and steel plated armor looks better and makes more sense on the mainland.

The name "Nordic" is based off the word Nord. So does it make good logic for the race of nords use Nordic armor? Elves use elf armor, falmer used falmer armor, so the patton goes... My 2 cents worth.
