Can't get house in Raven Rock SPOILER

I've completed The Final Descent, March of the Dead, Served Cold, Cleaning the Temple and Distribute Sadri's Sujamma but still haven't got a house. I googled it and read that Captain Veleth gives you the house when you return after killing 'General Falx Carius' but all he gave me was another quest to go see Adril Arano about some House Hlauo (spelling oops) spies.
What am I missing?

Do that quest, and he will give you the house that the Hlauos live in.

Ahhhh - I had to finish it where I killed them all - got ya. Thanks. Now have somewhere to stash all my loot lol

I just don't like that house for some reason.

Not to my taste either, it's dark and unfriendly, but useful for stashing things.
I've got most of the houses including the big manor you build yourself - but good old Breezehome is my favourite, once I added the enchanting station. Right next to where you fast travel in, right next to blacksmiths, and close to shops for selling stuff. Compact, that's the way I like it - not too much running around.
