Forcing the Dragonborn main quest

I've played through most of the Dragonborn DLC and while it's pretty solid, I still haven't done the Main Quest because my character is not a Dragonborn. I don't use shouts and that's not the type of character I want to play right now, but I would like to play the main quest. However in order for the main quest of Dragonborn to activate you need to be about 6 or 7 quests into the main questline of Skyrim. Does anyone know exactly what I need to do to force the quest to begin through the console? Quest ID is DLC2MQ01

Honestly you really wouldn't have much of a main quest as you'd be having to cc through most of the story.

Roleplaying is one thing, but the fact will always remain that you are Dragonborn in the game (unless you use the aforementioned mods); Skyrim forces you to be Dragonborn. And since the DRAGONBORN dlc is about you being DRAGONBORN, it wouldn't make much sense from a roleplay perspective for you to go through the quest anyway, since you are roleplaying as not the Dragonborn.

He he, it's funny cuz it's true. It like wanting to play through Dawnguard but avoid anything vampire related..... Or join the civil war but not pick a side.

Spock would burst a vessel in his brain trying to find the logic.

Wait. Wait. WAIT. You want to play a questline where the name is literally "Dragonborn", and the ENTIRE quest is about being the Dragonborn, and being challenged by another, but you want to play it as a non-Dragonborn. WHAT?

The console command: setstage DLC2MQ01 10 will start the quest at the point where you have to travel to Solstheim. Just for those who still want to do this.

Thank you. Honestly, it's perfectly understandable for someone to not want to do the Skyrim main quest, especially the beginning. It's not about not wanting to be Dragonborn, it's about not wanting to do the same beginning quests. They get boring.

Thank you. Honestly, it's perfectly understandable for someone to not want to do the Skyrim main quest, especially the beginning. It's not about not wanting to be Dragonborn, it's about not wanting to do the same beginning quests. They get boring.
