Have you considered going 3D by the way? The prices are quite good these days and enhance Skyrim brilliantly.
PS: I could buld a PC that could run it on ultra for cheaper (I lie) :D
The GT 640m cannot run it on Ultra settings

GT 640m LE

[numbers are lamost identical to the 640m]
I see the Rzer has a 720p screen; which the above Medium/High settings are benched at. SO you can probably run a mix of Med/High.
I can also say, my laptops GTX 460m [which is superior to the GT 640m] cannot run Skyrim on Ultra, so the GT 640m cannot [well maybe it can if you put it on low resolution; but that wouldn't be "Ultra Settings"].
Seriously though, the Razer gaming laptops/tablets are overpriced; to give an example to other readers, they are more expensive than Alienware laptops. Perhaps give Alienware a look. [they have a 14" model]
Razer's are overpriced and Alienware nearly is, they are just expensive but are very worth it. I've had mine for more than a year and I've beat on it mercilessly, overclocked the piss out of it ran it for hours at work when It was 90 degrees outside and it still works perfectly. When you arent gaming and you have the power settings set right you can expect around 6 1/2 hours of battery life, I got 7 hours of use on super low power settings when mine was new but you should only expect an hour maybe an hour and a half while playing something like Skyrim. You can get a very good M14x for around $1400 but even the basic version for $1,000 is really good, then again you could build a way better desktop for that, but if you need a laptop you can't go wrong with an Alienware.

The difference is massive!
1) Why people would buy a tablet for gaming
2) Why they'd pay $1299 for such a tablet when you can get a 17" laptop with better specs for the same price
Texture Quality: High
Radical Blur Quality: High
Shadow Detail: High
Decal Quantity: High
Allowing the water to reflect all objects.
Have a decent draw distance.
and having antialiasing anisotropic filtering turned off as these two settings are just performance hogs with no major benefits.
I have all these on high, draw distance maxed and AA AF on x4 with mods at 1600x900 on my Alienware. But with the resolution on that (1366x768) you should be able to. I can't figure out why you would want to though, the main problem with performace laptops is that they run hot, and when they get too hot the performance is cut down to decrease heat which inturn kills game performance. Now even the most expensive gaming laptops dont have proper cooling for their components so that tablet will probably have a pathetic cooling system which means when you're running a game like skyrim at high settings it will start to overheat and its performance will suffer. Unless you really really want a tablet for gaming just get a laptop like the M14x. an M14x costs less, has a better cpu with better cooling same RAM, better GPU and bigger harddrive. Keep in mind too that that dual core I7 they are advertising wont boost if its running hot which it will.
"and having antialiasing anisotropic filtering turned off as these two settings are just performance hogs with no major benefits."
Actually anisotropic filtering makes a massive difference. It also doesn't have much of an impact on overall performance.
Just stating this to avoid confusion. For some reason some people believe af isn't that relevant and set it to 4 without checking how the game looks with af at 16.
Antialiasing less so, but the game looks much nicer with antialiasing on.
