Well, you could install the New Bard Songs mod. It replaces regular bard singing with Malukah renditions of popular songs.

Other than that, I don't know.
Without modding the game, you get only a set bard for each player-built home in Hearthfire. Llewyn the Nightingale is the DLC set bard available for Lakeview Manor.
I don't know if there is a mod available that would give you a different bard. My game works with the mods I have, and I prefer to not add more so things get mucked up.
