Alchemy lab in Lakeview Manor working strangely

So i just got the alchemy tower in lakeview manor.
construted the alchemy lab in its 2nd floor.
just noticed that its quite dificult to ativate it, have to point to the floor to ativate it , is this normal?

I am having the same issue - I've noticed that above the table is a very large, invisible wall that obstructs everything above the lab - It cannot be moved through, or targeted through. As such, activating the table or many of the bags is difficult. Is there a mod to isolate and get rid of this wall?
