Can't add items from Dawnguard dlc with console

I'm trying to add the Elder scroll (blood) via the console using player.additem 020118f9 1 but it tells me it cna't find the item. I've tried with several other quest items and everytime it tells me "Item 'ID' not found for parameter ObjectID"

Try this:

The first two digits have to be according to the load order the DLC is in. For example, if Dawnguard is the 2nd DLC on the Data Files list, you type 02 as the first 2 numbers. If it's the 3rd on the list you type 03. So on so forth.

Like Kira said, you probably got the load order number wrong but the numbers are different. The first item is obviously Skyrim.esm which is 00 not 01. This means the 2nd item is 01, 3rd is 02, 4th is 03, etc... until you hit the 11th item which is 0A but I'm assuming no one is placing a major DLC that far in the load order.
