This Mushroom Tower is really starting to piss me off!

Ok, so... many are experiencing this silly "Float Up" bug... any solutions? I don't know how to revert my female walk animations... I may be S>O>L!

What's the bug?

WHen I went to meet the wizard, you had to press "E" to float up.

My character just stands there... I can no longer move her... but all of the menus are still available... !?!

I've read that it may be an animation issue... and naughty little me has several animation mods on.

Who knows... maybe I'll try console commands.

Definitly seems to be caused by mods that change animations. So...

Where did you get the mod that changed the walk animation and how were they installed?
Workshop or Nexus?

Nexus. Manually installed.

I had this same problem, this probably isn't the answer you wanna hear, but I just did a fresh install and it seemed to fix it.

You need to install FNIS

I have this issue before, and with FNIS, it does solve the problem.
You also have to read the "how to install" section carefully if you are going to install it.

Do you have the original zips? That makes it easier. You can just go into the zip, look at the files, find them in your Skyrim Data folder and delete them them.

Animations are stored in Skyrim/Data/Actors/Character/Animations.

Then get yourself a mod manager of some sort.

fnis just put out a update that fixes this problem or you can ~ tcl and move up there...both worked for me

Well, my character looks like ♥♥♥♥... but she can float up this retarded tower.

Aparrently it's Fnis, go to the mod site, update it (the update is already out) then run the pre-packaged Fnis generator found in the tools section of the skyrim data folder.
should be fine after that, heck, master neloth even jumped off the top of the tower, spent a few seconds crippled and floated right back up! He was so gosh darned happy i fixed his teleporter! (Never did get around to thanking me though, the cad.)
