Maven Black-Briar - Golden Glow Estate Deed

I took the quest to see Gullum-Ei then bumped into everyone's favourite MILF, Maven, who said she'd like the deed if I get it. I got it off Gullum-Ei and went to see her, no dialogue options to this end. So I went to see Mercer Fray, sorted all that out, then returned to her again, nothing. Was this an unimplemented part of the quest, such as other buggy parts of Maven?

It's not a bug, it just wasn't implemented into the game.
