dragonborn, keep falling into water?

Im on the quest were i read the book and get teleported to the place with a moving tunnul but everytime i get into the tunnel I get teleported outside into the water. IS this meant to happen?

Physics glitch, happens to me too, just remember to quicksave alot and try to keep yourself centred in the tunnels(away from the walls) and maybe jump a bit so you're not touching any surfaces.

Its also possible that you've got to many mods installed wich mess with eachother that might cause the issue

I usede the fly command and got passed it, it only happens in them tunnuls

idk but can u tell me how to give dexicon the elder scrolls blood and dragon, cuz the vampires in castle volikar continue attacking him preventing me from speaking to him

Bumping this because I'm running (literally) into this issue as well. I've uninstalled all mods except for the DLCs, reloaded previous saves (because I keep dying) and lowered my graphics, but nothing fixes the issue. My water is flickering in that room and whenever I run out onto the bridge towards the moving tunnel, my character gets moved off it into the water and dies. I've even tried the dragon shout that shoots you across the room, and that doesn't work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I found some walking on water boots that work good for that might work for that quest?

I was JUST about to post this same issue OP. I am having the same problem as well. I just deleted the whole game and am hoping a fresh install free of mods will help with this problem. What are your specs btw especially graphics card? I looked on youtube at the XBOX version of this quest and there is suppose to be a brief cut scene which is absent for me. This could be part of the glitch as well.

Same just happened to me....I'm literally stuck on this and I can't get passed I'm just thinking about no-clipping this non sense I can't get any further and it's really irritating.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to have a stupid moving tunnel that teleports you through it and you have no possible way of getting through without cheating is a complete moron and should go die in a hole.

If you have mods that add aminations like Fini disable it. Dragonborn dlc doesnt like these mods.

I disabled all my mods except for official Bethesda content and it still did it.

Well I managed to get past this problem using the "TCL" console command which enables your character to basically float around wherever you want to go. I was able to bypass those tunnels and finish the quest. Until this is fixed for anyone experiencing this, that may be one of the only solutions to get around it.
While in game press thr ~ key (the button next to number 1 on the keyboard) then type in "TCL" and press enter and your good to go. To disable it, open the console again and retype in "TCL" which will bring everything back to normal.
