Re these bugs: There's a mod to fix the Storn bug, but I wanted to post a discussion about it too, just to give kudos to the detective work that figured it out. See the second entry on this discussion: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/907000-gardener-of-men/ The mod that fixes this is linked to in the discussion.
The inability to ride the dragon can have a couple sources at least that I found when I had that bug... The following is just from my experience only, but offering it in case it helps: if the dragon takes off and you're left *standing,* it's probably from the FNI file described above. Delete it. If the dragon takes off and you're left *sitting,* the game is reading the old, "vanilla" dragon skeleton, which was changed by DB. 1st, try the DB patch and put it at the end of the load order. If that doesn't work, you need to find the file skeleton.nif (path is something like data/meshes/actors/dragon/skeleton.nif) and delete it.
You're blind dude. Buggy mods will break Skyrim. Get this fact straight, Modders are not programmers and there is a world of difference between the two that you're ignorant about. The unfortunate thing is, modding things will cause other problems to crop up if they're not done correctly and it doesn't have a damn thing to do with programming.
Now type "setstage DLC2MQ05 800" and the quest will be completed and a new one starts.
On your new quest, it tells you to Read "Waking Dreams" which should be a book in your inventory that you just gave to Storn. Now continue your path on the Dragonborn DLC.
I wish you all the best of luck and hope it works for you.
I would strongly recommend using USLEEP for legendary edition of the game. Bethesda is not going to fix any bugs from Skyrim, but Unofficial Patch Project Team has dealt with majority of notable bugs from main game and DLCs.

Ayyo yo, what If I told you, you also just saved my life? Bc even with the unofficial SE patch and SSE itself, those lazy hacks at @ Beth didn't fix this stupid ass bug, you did though, cheers.
