Can you play multiple games at the same time?
Can I play more then one game at the same time {as to try a different class} and if so any tips on keeping the saves apart? Thanks!

just don't over write your old saves, well the ones you want to keep. I normally have 5 different characters going with different play styles, for example I have a nord who is a beast, a wood elf that is a dual handed assasin forget the other ones I prefer swords and bows, have never tried a two handed warrior yet,

To be safe you can always make a backup of your Skyrim/Saves folder, labeled with the character name.

If you search around Nexus there are a couple of character managers if that's something that interests you. Haven't used them though, so I can't say how well they work.

I just mean two different skyrim games. I am worried about the saves though because I will probably quick save one thus losing the other. I am playing a stealth right now and want to try a front liner warrior.

The quick save and auto save will be for the current character you're playing, so it will overwrite unless you turn autosave off. It's not a big issue really. Just take a few seconds when saving and read the race~level on the save file and you should be fine. If that's not what you're looking for, you can just install it on two different PC's (assuming you have this option), turn off cloud saves and there you have it.

Like most others that posted here I have multiple characters and save files. I overwrite my current character save file on the given character I'm playing since Skyrim's save directory can get massive quickly. Once the cloud sync is done I copy my saves to DropBox just to be safe.

Skyrim Nexus has a few Save game managers.
I recommend Profile Manager by Chocklymon

I have 11 different charactors that I play
and don't have to worry about overwrighting anything
