I know you probably thought the 6 meant it was good, but unfortunately the first number only tells us how new of a card it is, not how well it will perform.
You can find addititional info here regarding the GT 610m and it even has some game benchmarks: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-610M.63759.0.html
I only use a performance mod which runs with script extender and I had to turn off shadows.
Since the 610 is just a upgraded 520 you should be able to play it somehow.
Otherwise try to save up around €500 and build yourself a PC.
Regards. ^^
That's not a bad laptop really. But I don't understand why it has the 610M from Nvidia, because you have a 3rd generation Intel Core processor.
http://ark.intel.com/products/71459/Intel-Core-i7-3630QM-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_40-GHz
That means you should also have the Intel HD Graphics 4000 built in, which should be faster than the 610M for most games! It runs Skyrim nice @ medium details and I guess with a bit of tweaking you could play on high. Check this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=154aP1CdvNM
Now you "only" have to find out how to enable the Intel HD Graphics 4000 + install latest drivers and disable the 610M => Google search.
Then, use a performance mod for Skyrim and follow this optimization guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEHdsADF_Cc
The Intel HD Graphics 4000 is quite amazing for being an IGP, Good Luck!
