Fast Travel Always Brings Enemies

I'm coming back to Skyrim after a very long break, and I've completely forgotten where I was, or what I was doing. However, whenever I fast travel from my one save to any other location, it automatically spawns a bunch of enemies around me in the end location. It is usually a handful of bandits, mages, and draugrs. The location doesn't seem to matter, and disabling all my mods hasn't helped. Any idea where this is coming from?

Although I don't fast travel often, I have had that problem as well, but I don't have any mods, normally if I do it is to the thieves guild, Dawnstar and Castle Volkar.

No idea, first time I've heard of it spawning a gang of enemies, usually it's just a dragon if there's anything.

I know it can spawn thugs if you steal something or Dark Brotherhood Assassins if you do something else, not exactly sure what.

Must admit it does sound like a mod problem that increases respawning and enemies etc. If you have your mods disabled then do a Verify cache that might help.

Well I get the more often then not dragon on the other end of my fast travel. Can get annoying after the twentieth time...

I sometimes get enemies waiting for me when fast travelling to Hreathfire house but otherwise none!

Quite often find, although not always, some animal that wants to attack, especially when fast travelling to a quest site. Make sure you are not in level 4 vampire mode as everyone attacks you without question.

Im experiencing something simmilar it only appeared after using a few mods (unofficial patch fixes and a couple to make people run inside when being hurt by vamps and dragons). What I discovered were that the creatures ambushing me after I fast traveled were previous resurected minions of mine
