I cant feed on the Moth Priest

On Dawnguard I cannot use the vampire suduction power on the Moth Priest, he just keeps getting back up. How do i fix this?

he wont die or go down, he just submits and stops attacking and then you use the power. also be carful using wait at the part as Serana will die with a long wait

I cant enthrall him at all

press e on him when he is down

You do have to have not fed in several days in order to have that power, wait outside the cave for the number of days necessary, then fight, bite.

I had this problem too. Sometimes Skyrim will "forget" that you are a vampire, even though you still have vampiric powers. Try typing this into the console: "player.setrace bretonracevampire"
No quotes. Substitute your race for breton if you aren't one. I hope this helps.
