PSB is NOT a safe console command and is known to crash your game. This is VERY clearly listed on all of the major skyrim wikis because it causes this problem.
It unlocks unstable spells and major issues. If you are having an issue with your magic menu, you are better off figuring out what caused it instead of using the command. Typing psb multiple times does nothing as it is a true false, not on or off.
Please do not advertise psb as a fix, and it is not.
Also in future, please do not revive old threads in order to comment on them.
