Problem looting dead bodies

Hey, whenever I kill npc, normally you go to it press E, or inventory key, and you can open the npcs inventory, but for some odd reason, when I kill npc, walk up to him and the E doesnt appear. But when I open console, click on player and type ressurect, the active effects gets removed, and then the E appears, but when I add back active effects. I can no longer loot bodies. Can anyone help please? Maybe someone knows how to fix it?

you may have to install the game. be sure to save your game first though!

hm doesnt seem to be good solution huh? But why does it work when I remove my active effects? via ressurect console command. ?

have you comleted 'The Taste of Death' Quest?

if you have done the quest, you will get a ring that allows you suck blood from a dead body and enevitably become the deadra's puppet and be a weak form f a vampire
